Description
The purchase of this software is going to replace outdated software that is currently being used. This software will also provide a path moving forward that allows consistency within home assessment regardless of the person conducting the assessment. The intended use of this software is to improve how the City of Santa Fe Fire Department conducts Wildfire home assessments within the City of Santa Fe. This software will allow immediate communication and feedback with homeowners once a home assessment is completed. It also enables homeowners to see real-time information that needs correction on their property. Once corrections are made, the Fire Department can verify if the work has been completed and determine if a reinspection is necessary.
