Description

The purpose of this service is to provide prompt, accurate, and effective spoken and signed communication for limited English proficient (LEP) individuals when conducting business with other members of the public, county agencies, California State agencies, other states, the federal government, stakeholders, applicants, employees, and businesses. The services include simultaneous event interpretation (in-person throughout California, virtual, and hybrid), on-demand (24/7) over the phone interpretation, and voiceover recordings on an as needed basis. The contract term is from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028. The maximum budget for this contract is $249,999. One vendor will be awarded.
