Santa Barbara County awarded a $15,000 purchase order to QWIK RESPONSE for building repair/alteration work at the SB Womens Annex. "SB Womens Annex - We will commence mold remediation in the consulting room on Tuesday 9 April 2024. We will remove the flooring in the consulting room (but not the storage room and entry). We will remove baseboard and drywall on the east and south walls. We will do the same 4’ high on the west wall and a small return on the north wall. We anticipate it will take 3 days unless we uncover additional unseen damage. We will chase the secondary damage which may take us onto the ceiling.
