Description
The Department of Community Justice (DCJ) of Multnomah County is seeking a provider to provide individual wraparound peer support and evidence-based cognitive behavioral interventions to DCJ clients ages 18 and over who are engaged in the Strategic Treatment and Engagement Program (STEP). The awarded contract will serve approximately 30 STEP Court participants monthly, focusing on reducing recidivism, increasing prosocial behavior, employability skills, self-esteem, substance abuse support, trauma-informed practices, culturally responsive treatment, and providing tools for lasting behavioral change. The contract is a requirements contract with an estimated budget of $125,000 per fiscal year, but no guaranteed minimum or maximum amount of services or payment is established.
