Description
The provider agrees to provide, and the NSRC agrees to accept, system software support services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and State Term Contract number 973-561-10-1. These services may involve performing project management tasks, system analysis and design, programming, testing, debugging, and other maintenance and operations support for the designated NSRC software and applications as assigned. The provider’s staff performing work under this contract shall provide system software support services in accordance with the CHANGE CONTROL AND OTHER assignments given by the NSRC supervisor and at the hourly rates specified in Exhibit Table A. All work produced shall comply with the assignments given and with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures of the NSRC.
