STANDING PO FY25-26 TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS Location: LAC Hight Desert Regional Medical Center Quote reference: July 8, 2025 Initial Term: Covers 12 months (Water Management Program & Additional Services, Testing) SERVICE TO INCLUDE: is limited to potable cold mains/distribution, potable hot water systems/distribution, and up to the hot and cold-water outlets or point-of-use. EXCLUSIONS: The scope excludes any water using device connected to the building water system such as vending machines, coffee machines, dish machines, laundry machines, bottled water dispensers or any other miscellaneous device supplied with potable water or drinking water. The scope also excludes medical devices such as dental water lines, hydrotherapy tubs or any medical device supplied with potable water or any water source for any medical related use or purpose.
