Description

This project aims to develop gene regulatory network models from single cell multiomic data to predict relationships among genomic elements, genes, and phenotypes. Measurements will be taken across nine secretory signals and four time points, using paired assays. Machine learning will infer relationships, and models will be validated via CRISPR interference and allele-specific gene editing. The outcomes will enhance understanding of genomic regulation dynamics in a responsive cell type.
