Description
North Carolina Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to establish a three (3) year Agency Specific contract for Roof Tarps. NCEM is seeking multiple Vendors for this contract. The tarps will be used throughout North Carolina during disasters and other emergencies to meet preparedness objectives. These tarps shall be provided on an as needed basis.
