Description
This project aims to develop an AI-based platform to automatically identify suspicious areas in high grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL) diagnosis, creating a fully automated high-resolution anoscopy and micro-endoscope system. The system will be evaluated in diverse clinical settings in the USA and Brazil to improve accuracy, efficiency, and clinical impact, especially for novice providers, and to assess barriers to adoption in global health settings. The technology has potential applications in screening for other cancers such as oral, cervical, skin, and stomach cancers.
