This project aims to develop EmCAST (Empirical C-Alpha Stability Tool) for the stabilization of proteins with unprecedented accuracy. The tool will be made available through a web service to the research community. The work includes stabilizing various protein domains, tuning conformational switches, and controlling protein function.
