Pressure Washing BL080036 and BL080037 Scope of Work: Soft wash and exterior cleaning for two buildings Removal of algae, mold, dirt, and organic buildup Gutter trim cleaning and rinse down Low-pressure cleaning methods used to protect surfaces Labor: $900.00 Chemicals: $240.00 Equipment Usage: $160.00 Travel & Setup: $150.00 Safety/Risk Adjustment: $100.00 Overhead: $200.00 Service Notes: Professional soft washing methods used to prevent damage Eco-conscious cleaning solutions utilized where applicable Continuous monitoring for safety and quality during service Total Cost of Purchase: $1,750.00 To be paid upon completion of services, DEP acceptance, and receipt of itemized invoice. Partial payments allowed. In the event that services rendered are not deemed satisfactory, the Contractor shall re-perform the work needed to ensure satisfactory service, at no additional cost to the Department. Failure to provide all services, or failure to provide services which are satisfactory, shall result in non-payment or termination of the Contract. Should additional work be required that is not included in the Scope of Work for this project due to unforeseen issues, Contractor will discuss with the Park Manager / Contract Manager and provide an itemized quote of the additional service (commodity). Once the additional work is agreed upon by both parties, the Park Manager / Contract Manager will submit a Change Order in MFMP, once approved, the additional work may be completed. No other Park employee is authorized to approve additional work.
