South Bathhouse BL101050 Upgraded floor coating installation for the campground bathhouse (800 sq. ft. floor / 190 linear ft. wall coving) under Estimate #5255-3. Scope includes the removal of existing tile, mechanical grinding prep, application of an engineered concrete overlay to repair degraded/granular substrate, and installation of a dedicated Wise Moisture Vapor Barrier (MVB) to mitigate sub-slab moisture. The floor finish is upgraded to a premium double-broadcast PolyWise Polyaspartic Quartz system in 'Smoke' color with a High-Wear Urethane topcoat and 190 LF of EasyCove coving installation. Vendor must preserve the existing slope-to-drain integrity during the concrete overlay process. All work is backed by the WCO 1-Year Limited Commercial Warranty as provided to the agency.
