GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES - PEH / CEO APPROVAL ATTACHED Creative Design Services for Training Unit - Public Defender Design and production of manuals, booklets, social media posts, and other visual and printed materials for the LA County Public Defender's Office. Per proposal dated on March 23rd. 2026 Client Consultation and Coordination Consult with LACPDO staff to clarify project objectives, timelines, production methods, and budgetary constraints. Resolve design and production issues arising from client preferences or technical limitations. Coordinate multiple assignments concurrently while meeting deadlines. Exhibits, Displays, and Visual Aids Design and coordinate the construction of indoor and outdoor exhibits and displays, including two- and three-dimensional elements. Produce signs, posters, charts, models, slides, and other visual aids for trainings, outreach events, and public education presentations. Illustration and Original Artwork Produce original illustrations, drawings, sketches, logo marks, icons, and background scenes. Research subject matter and develop visual themes that effectively communicate data or complex concepts. Digital Media and Social Media Support Utilize design software to create digital content for web and social media platforms. Collaborate with LACPDO teams to develop visually cohesive campaigns aligned with the Office's mission, vision, and values. Support outreach and educational efforts through digital graphics and promotional materials. Assist in managing and curating visual content for social media platforms. Apply general knowledge of photography and videography tools to enhance visual storytelling . Collaboration and Supervision Collaborate, under the supervision of the program manager, with attorneys, administrators, investigators, and communications staff.
