Substation Improvements -Telegraph District

Lincoln Electric System solicits bids for construction work including site preparation, streetscape, fencing, and ornamental metal structures for the Telegraph District substation improvements. The successful bidder must complete the LES Construction Contract, provide specified insurance, performance and payment bonds, and comply with equal employment opportunity requirements.

Description

Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids for all construction as per LES drawings and specifications included in this bid solicitation, including but not limited to the following: Site preparation, streetscape construction, fencing and ornamental metal structures. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form.
