Description

Scope: - Mobilization, General Conditions, Insurances - Demolition and disposal of existing sinks, toilet/urinal valves and (1) existing water fountain - Removal of existing toilet partitions and delivery to Parks office onsite for storage - remove all security screws as needed for the removal of the partitions - Supply materials and labor for the removal and installation of adjustable floor drains as needed - Remove - Reinforce and Re-Install existing ADA sinks in the men's and women's restrooms - sinks need to be reinforced and secured to the concrete wall - Replace existing single sinks with a new Double Bradley sink, including new faucets and hardware as needed - Replace existing toilet and urinal flush valves to American Standard Polished Chrome Flush Valves as requested - Remove and store at Parks office all existing mirrors, soap dispensers, toilet paper holders, napkin disposal cans. All items are to be re-installed after completion, no new materials for these items are included, it is a remove and reinstall as requested - Install new ELKAY Stainless Steel wall mounted ADA cooler and bottle filling station in location of removed water fountain (men's side of wall). Includes all mounting supports and plumbing as needed.
