OMNIA Contract #4400008468 Scope of Work Proposal #250881.0 OC - Admin Building - Exterior Gate Project 2025 Access Control This proposal includes a (1) year warranty on all parts supplied by Security 101, and (1) year warranty on labor. Security 101 to add access to the Two Exterior Pedestrian Gates on the South Side of the Admin Bldg Gated Area. Installation to include Exterior Enclosure for Access Control Hardware / Power Supply, Card Readers, Electrified Panic Hardware with RTE Switches, Transfer Cables, Access Reader Board and Power Supply, Surge Suppression Modules. The Access Control Boards and Enclosure would be installed near the Existing Enclosure under the Canopy. Security 101 would install new DB Rated Composite Cables from the New Exterior Enclosure in Conduits provided by others to the two Pedestrian Gates.
