"SB Animal Cat Shelter - We will commence the mold remediation on the north wall of the Cat Shelter on Tuesday 26 March 2024. We anticipate it will take 2 days unless we uncover additional unseen damage. Then we will prepare for clearance testing by a third party, which could take place Thursday 28 March. Normally they get results the following day. Once clearance is granted we will pull our equipment and repairs can commence. We are responding rapidly to remediate on a T&M basis and will not exceed $15,000
