Description
The project aims to develop filociclovir (FCV) as a safe and effective treatment for human adenovirus ocular infections, including adenoviral conjunctivitis and epidemic keratoconjunctivitis (EKC). The project will complete FCV's ocular preclinical development, including formulation, toxicology, efficacy testing, and interactions with the FDA to prepare for human clinical trials.
