Description

Salisbury University is seeking a qualified mechanical contractor to provide and install supplemental dehumidification in the Information Technology (IT) Building. The project includes a noninvasive visual survey of existing HVAC conditions, installation of eight (8) new dehumidifiers (four ducted units and four wall-mounted units) per construction drawings, and integration with the building’s existing electrical and drainage systems. Work also includes installation of wall-mounted humidistats, condensate pumps where required, and coordination with the University’s Project Manager throughout the project.
