Vendor to provide and decorate for interior 1st floor main atrium/lobby area, 1) 12 ft. artificial Frazier fur or Douglas fur Christmas tree and decorate lobby for Mayor's Toy Drive Kickoff scheduled for Friday, November 1st, 2024. Vendor to provide all decorations, lights, Christmas tree, poinsettia wreaths and bows, garland, power cords/cables, ladder(s), any equipment necessary for the completion of this project. Additionally, the vendor to decorate 8 Crepe Myrtle exterior trees white solar lights on trunks and solar color lights on tree limbs located on Rosalind Ave. between E. Jackson and Church Street. Decorate 12 light poles located on sidewalk of Admin Bldg. Rosalind Ave. & E. Jackson Street. decorate fountain handrail located on Rosalind Ave. with garland and bows, no lights. On top of the fountain provide 15 ft. lighted "Happy Holidays" unit signage. . Lobby and Exterior area: 12' Tree and Decor Package interior 12' tree with a base no larger than 72" and warm white LED lights to be placed in main hallway on the opposite side of security.
