Description
This project aims to derive metabolomic, proteomic, and multi-omic profiles of dietary fiber intake to investigate their roles in preventing physical frailty and mild cognitive impairment among older adults. The study will analyze how fiber intake influences biological pathways related to physical and cognitive decline, using data from multiple cohorts including the Framingham Heart Study Offspring Cohort, the Long Life Family Study, and the Integrative Longevity Omics study.
