Description
This project aims to generate an atlas of arousal and motor brainstem nuclei using ultra-high field MRI (7 T) in healthy elderly subjects to evaluate biomarkers of premanifest Lewy body dementia (LBD), assessing microstructure and connectivity pathways, and to compare controls with premanifest and de novo manifest LBD. The project will develop tools for research and clinical diagnosis, improving early detection and treatment.
