Description

The project aims to determine genes regulating tumor composition, growth, and resistance to immunotherapy, focusing on four deadly cancers: NSCLC, PDAC, HGSOC, and OSCC. Utilizing large-scale genomic and transcriptomic data, spatial functional genomics, and computational analysis, the project employs a novel platform called Perturb-map to analyze gene functions at single-cell resolution with spatial architecture preserved. The study will investigate genes involved in tumor growth, morphology, metastasis, cell interactions, immune/stroma recruitment, and resistance to therapy, in immunocompetent orthotopic models.
