Description
Provide professional development and coaching to IMPACT participants as well as Community of Practices for home-based providers. Provide incentives to center-based and FCC providers. The purpose is to expand access to quality early learning and care through a comprehensive effort addressing the needs of the whole child, including health, behavioral health, child development, and family strengthening. The program supports peer guide programs, anti-bias and anti-racism training, recruitment of providers in historically marginalized communities, professional development, and use of assessment tools to improve leadership and management practices in early childhood programs.
