Description

Full-Service Catering. Catering Services for Office of Property Assessment - Meals should include a choice of (2) entree items, cold sandwich trays, salads, and beverages also provide plates, eating/serving utensils, cups, napkins, condiments, racks, and heating fuel. Provide pricing on per person cost (qty). We estimate 197 people. Drop off and set up food prior to event times. The drop off time is no later than 120 minutes prior to event starts. Food must be delivered hot and ready to be served. Include the delivery cost in the unit price. The bidder must provide a sample menu with their quote. NOTE: All vendors applying for this bid solicitation must be in good standing with the City of Philadelphia. The unit price should be based per person including delivery in the unit cost and unit price per tray.
