Term of Contract: July 1, 2025- June 30, 2026 Food Service Department (See Attached) The parties agree that the terms, conditions and requirements contained in the following documents are incorporated by reference, are made a part of the purchase order and are binding on all parties as if all such terms, conditions and requirements were fully set forth in this agreement: a.DISTRICT's original Request for Bids PD25-26-DD4-35 which opened on May 13, 2025 b.Corresponding Board Resolution and Action Form 10.23 Approve Contract (PD25-26-FD4-35 Frozen Foods - Food Service Department: Attc: 10.19, June 26, 2025. C. The DISTRICT'S Request for Bid, including but not limited to the notices, instructions, specifications and scope of work/services and any all attached documents. d. The CONTRACTOR'S submission to the Request for Proposal and any exhibits attached hereto. e.Signed commodity contract.
