eDyNAmiC (extrachromosomal DNA in Cancer) investigates how extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA) contributes to cancer progression and treatment resistance. The project aims to develop new insights and therapeutic strategies by integrating cancer genomics, yeast genetics, epigenomics, artificial genome synthesis, patient tracking, machine learning, mathematical modeling, immunobiology, and chemistry.
