Description

This project is a tenant improvement to convert existing maintenance facility into hygiene facility. Work includes sawcutting slab for new plumbing routes, new ramp to entry for ADA access, exterior canopy and decontamination stations, locker and shower facilities, gear drying room, and expanded break room. Space to be conditioned to current energy code, including heating, cooling, exhaust, and dehumidification. Additive Alternate Bid No. 1: Provide decon station at east side of Building C, including new door, electrical and vent relocations, steel canopy, footings, concrete slab, catch basin, tempered water line, hose bib, valve, and lawn refurbishment. Additive Alternate Bid No. 2: Replace ceiling tiles and light fixtures in existing Break Room 004 with new 2x4 LED fixtures.
