Description
This project aims to validate a panel of biomarkers in blood and cyst fluid for risk stratification and early detection of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) in high-risk surveillance cohorts, including those with pancreatic cystic lesions, family history of malignancy due to germline mutation, new-onset diabetes, and chronic pancreatitis.
