CONT - Weekly Service • Cut all turf areas maintained to the proper growing heights based on weather and seasonal conditions • String trim all sidewalks and curbs • Blow down all hard surfaces • Weed all landscape beds and stone areas to keep a neat appearance CONT - Fall Clean Up • Remove leaves and debris from lawn areas and landscapes beds. Pricing assumes (2) full fall clean-ups unless otherwise specificed in proposal. CONT - BWC 2 • Liquid application of herbicide to weeds in landscape beds as well as parking lot and sidewalk cracks CONT - Aeration • Plug aeration of all lawn areas to alleviate compaction and allow for better light, air and water infiltration to promote root growth CONT - Pruning • Assessment of plant material • Pruning of ornamental plant material in accordance with proper pruning procedures - to remove current years growth • Estimate assumes (1) full pruning unless otherwise specified
