Description

Our center has been researching the use of nanopore sequencing device, the MinION, to detect viruses and viroids of tree fruit and grapevine viruses. To enhance the detection capability and capacity of the developed workflows, we are seeking a higher capacity (= 290 Gbases per flow cell) long-read sequencers that can individually or concurrently run at least two flow cells using the same technology and sequencing chemistry as the MinION.
