Description
This study proposes to utilize an existing research infrastructure to objectively assess physical frailty and deeply characterize its quantitative associations with treatment side effects, functional recovery, and quality of life to ultimately improve the ability of our field to assess these risks and make treatment decisions that align with outcomes important to older adults. It aims to develop a rapid, specific physical frailty tool for older women with advanced ovarian or uterine cancer, improving risk assessment and treatment decision-making, ultimately enhancing patient-centered outcomes.
