Description
Supply Contract for the Purchase of Janitorial Products. Bids addressed to Roel “Roy” Rodriguez, P.E., City Manager, City of McAllen, will be received electronically on December 5, 2017 until 3:00 p.m. at which time such bids shall be unlocked in a public meeting held in Conference Room 2A (2nd Floor) of McAllen City Hall. The names of responding companies will be announced. Bid tabulations showing actual bid prices will be provided later. All electronic bid submissions must be posted on the City of McAllen’s bidding portal on or before the deadline. No late bids will be accepted. Bidders must go online to the bidding portal for project details and to submit bids. The City of McAllen reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities, or accept the most advantageous bid. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for November 28, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room 2A of McAllen City Hall. Sealed envelopes must be marked: Project No. 12-17-SP04-238 JANITORIAL PRODUCTS.
