Description
This study aims to advance the understanding of how cannabis use at various stages of development, in combination with specific genetic and environmental factors, influences neurodevelopmental and behavioral outcomes. Leveraging three existing datasets (ABCD, IMAGEN, ENIGMA-Addiction), the objective is to identify developmental windows in which the brain and/or specific brain regions are most vulnerable to cannabis, employ causal inference methods to assess evidence for causal relations between cannabis, neurodevelopment, and behavior, and characterize moderating factors that contribute to individual variability with respect to cannabis-related outcomes.
