Mindfulness-Based Substance Abuse Treatment (MBSAT) (NON-TAXABLE) - Cost: $997 per person for full certification - Number of Seats: 20 - To begin on or after March 1, 2026 40% Discount Applied per quote DELIVERABLES: Trainer: One qualified training vendor that can provide trainings identified in this Statement of Work. Dates: Delivery dates are not yet set; expected to begin on or after March 1, 2026. Materials: Vendor will provide links for participants to create an account and access the online training course (on the Vendor's Learning Management System). Vendor will ensure that live, virtual training material is emailed to participants before/after the trainings. Location: Online/Virtual. Self-paced online course to be housed at the vendor's server and accessible to approved participants through a web browser with no special add-ons. Intensive training will be hosted virtually via Teams or Zoom. Length: 1. One (1) self-paced MBSAT training - 12 hours 2. One (1) virtual intensive training - 8 hours CEUs: To be furnished by the vendor by the end of delivery of the training. Slots: All Participants will be identified and approved by DMH. 1. One (1) self-paced MBSAT training - 20 Slots 2. One (1) virtual intensive training - 20 Slots Participants: 20 clinicians working directly with TAY. If a participant drops before completion, their slot will be reassigned to a new participant. Allparticipants will be identified and approved by DMH.
