Description

Scope of work: Install new 2" PE water main and backflow: cap off existing pvc water line coming from well, at well head and by the perimeter fence. Connect new water main to existing water line. Dig trench approx. 120' towards Golden Gem Road, set new backflow near new water meter that will be installed by water purveyor. Install (2) 2" isolation valves in meter boxes, one before new backflow, and one by the fence at tie in of existing water line. Trench will have tracing wire, burial tape, and will be all chlorinated, flushed, inspected. Any grass that is dug up will be reseeded in area. The new backflow will be the same size of the new water meter.
