Live Band Services for Beats

The City of Palm Coast, Florida, specifically the City of Palm Coast Parks & Recreation Department, has entered into a Master Services Agreement with the vendor Half Step Down, a live band led by Gary Hart, to provide live band services for the Beats and Eats event.
