Replacement of worn deck boards and hand rails Contact: Angela DeWitt Phone: 407-254-9312 Site Location: 28500 East Colonial Drive Christmas, FL 32709 Estimate No: 2707 Date: 01/29/2025 This estimate is for all materials, labor and supervision required to repair the boat dock on HWY 50. Included in this estimate are the following items. General Conditions - Project Management and Supervision - Clean up Site Work - Demo and dispose of 5'4" x 106' deck boards on the walkway including handrails and decking. - Leaving piles and stringers in place. - Replace deck boards with #1 grade pressure treated 2x6. Deck boards will be screwed down using stainless steel screws. - The 4-piece handrail will be replaced with new #1-grade pressure-treated lumber to match the original handrail. - All demolished material will be removed, hauled away, and disposed of off-site. - Clean up and remove all debris caused by our construction.
