Merced County awarded the Home Visitor Services contract to Aspiranet to provide home visiting services aimed at reducing child abuse and neglect recidivism. Description

Merced County is accepting proposals for Home Visitor Services. The program aims to provide home visiting services to children and families at risk of abuse and neglect to reduce recidivism of substantiated reports of child abuse and neglect, improving community quality of life and strengthening families. The awarded contractor will provide five full-time Home Visitors, preferably bilingual in Spanish or Hmong, to serve families throughout Merced County, with various responsibilities including case planning, parenting education, and coordination with community resources.
