The Metropolitan District (MDC), a municipal water and sewer utility with a primary service area in the Capitol Region of Connecticut, is seeking the services of a Pension & Post Employment Trust ("OPEB") Investment Consulting firm to review and update the MDC’s pension and OPEB trust investment policies, asset allocation strategies, and to perform an investment management search.
