Description

This project aims to increase therapeutic coverage of glioblastoma (GBM) tumors using an innovative convection enhanced delivery (CED) catheter. It proposes to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the PBIC system in treating recurrent Grade 3-4 glioma patients through a randomized controlled trial comparing the PBIC catheter with the current Duke CED end port catheter. The study involves clinical trials, innovative drug delivery systems, and advanced imaging techniques to improve treatment for brain tumors.
