Description
This project aims to optimize implementation strategies to reduce alcohol misuse through targeted naltrexone (T-NTX) prescription integrated with status-neutral HIV prevention (SNHP). The study will refine and pilot test strategies to increase screening for alcohol misuse and prescription of T-NTX within SNHP care, addressing barriers at patient, clinician, and system levels.
