Description
Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Prosper Portland requests statements of qualifications, expertise, and pricing from individuals or firms to provide Environmental services on an as-needed basis. Prosper intends to award multiple Flexible Service Contracts from this RFQ. A Flexible Service Contract is a price agreement to provide a range of services with work authorized through Work Orders. Prosper Portland makes no guarantee of work under a Flexible Services Contract.
