Item: Architectural Plans $2,500 Description: Architectural drawings w/ foundation & site plan. Item: Permit & Fees $2,500 Description: Permit, building application, Notice of Commencement and all applicable plans, documents, and fees. Item: Electrical Work $7,380 Description: Run 20-amp 120V circuit to shed. run PVC pipe from electrical room surface mount to enter side wall to outside above door. LB PVC outside and down wall underground 12 foot to shed. Install panel box with ground rod. Install OP speed control and exhaust fan, (2} switches, (5) LED lights, (2) GFCI receptacles on each side of door and cut in vent in back of the unit. Run shed with 12x2 wire. permit included. Item: Asphalt Cutting $2,000 Description: Cut approx. 13'x15' section of asphalt roadway currently used as employee parking.
