Tree Stock Procurement

The City of Grants Pass, Oregon, through its Community Development Department, Parks Division, is procuring approximately 200 street trees for city rights-of-way planting. The awarded contract will be with a qualified, licensed nursery stock provider authorized to operate in Oregon. The tree stock is divided into three size categories: Small (75 trees), Medium (100 trees), and Large (25 trees), with specific approved species lists for each category. Trees must be a minimum of 1.5 caliper measured 6 inches from the base and supplied in 15-gallon containers, ball and burlap, or larger. The nursery must provide detailed bids including species list with unit and total prices, container type and size, caliper size, delivery date and cost, warranty information, any additional fees, and proof of valid Oregon business/nursery license. Delivery is expected on or before September 30, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to award the contract wholly or partially.

The City intends to award the procurement contract to Supertrees Inc., the only bidder that provided for the full procurement number of trees.
