This project investigates the use of cold plasma (CP) to improve wound healing impaired by binge drinking of alcohol. The study uses F344 rat models and human skin organoid models to examine CP's effects on wound closure and molecular mechanisms involved in healing during alcohol intoxication. The research aims to provide therapeutic insights into CP modulation of wound healing and its translational potential.
