Men's Restroom scope of work: Demo and haul away up to 252 square feet of bathroom floor tile in the men's restroom, tile base and Schluter Edge to remain. Provide and install up to 252 square feet of new floor tile and grout for the men's room. Current design has a mix of both 12" x 24" and 24" x 24". We will be going with a 12" x 24" tile per the client's request which will eliminate the 24" x 24" tiles from the original design.; Women's Restroom scope of work: Demo and haul away up to 301 square feet of bathroom floor tile in the women's restroom, tile base and Schluter Edge to remain. Provide and install up to 301 square feet of new floor tile and grout for the women's room. Current design has a mix of both 12" x 24" and 24" x 24". We will be going with a 12" x 24" tile per the client's request which will eliminate the 24" x 24" tiles from the original design.
