Description

Smith Art Conservation LLC will restore the artwork to the WWII Monument panels and return the memorial to its original intended appearance. A regular scheduled maintenance program will be implemented to ensure the appearance of the panels will be maintained through the life of the contract. The contractor will also perform regularly scheduled maintenance and cleaning of the walls that encase the panels and the Flame Sculpture portion of the monument.
