Description
This project aims to adapt and evaluate Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy for Cancer Caregivers (MCP-C), a manualized intervention designed to help caregivers find meaning and purpose despite caregiving challenges. The study involves a randomized controlled trial with 200 caregivers of patients with advanced (Stage III/IV) cancer, assessing outcomes such as meaning, spiritual wellbeing, anxiety, depression, benefit-finding, caregiver burden, social support, and bereavement measures at baseline, post-treatment, and follow-ups at 6 and 12 months.
