Description
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, and equipment to rebuild streetlights as per LES Specifications. Successful bidder will be required to complete the LES Construction and Installation Contract, furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, and return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form.
